Ok, if you’re where I used to be 3 months ago, you know how it goes. The skinny guys don’t get the girls. Girls wouldn’t even look at me, because I was smaller than they were
I accepted this for a long time. I thought “Muscles just aren’t for me. It’s just not meant for me to learn how to get the perfect abs”.
But finally, 3 months ago, I was sick and tired of being a pushover and trying everything in the world just to get chicks to notice me. I told myself, I had to do this! I had to figure out how to get washboard abs put on some muscle.
So, I tried everything. I started going to the gym and didn’t have a clue what I was doing. All I ended up doing was getting soar, but never saw any real results. Extreme diets didn’t help either; they just made me feel bad. Stomach aches, diarrhea…it was horrible.
Protein drinks, weight gainers, sit-ups…stay clear of all that junk…nothing put muscle on my body…nothing helped me get good abs.
Finally I ended up online…searching for some answer about how to get a 6 pack and build lean body mass. I was sick of “trying” everything that promised it would give ripped abs, so I was real hesitant when I came across the truth about abs.
But I said, What the heck, and gave it a whirl. I did everything in the book, and within 2 weeks I actually started looking kind of “cut”. Now, it’s unbelievable.
I couldn’t believe an ebook showed me how to get washboard abs and put on 10 pounds of muscle. The only thing I didn’t like about it was that it didn’t have enough pictures showing you how to do the laser targeted ab exercises it talks about. But if you can understand what you read, this book works.

Ok, so in the last post I told you about how getting a 6 pack is actually a 2 part process. Well I’m going to go a little bit more in depth today about how it takes a little bit of work. You can’t just walk in the gym and expect it to happen.
No, you’ve got to know exactly which exercises burn the fat layer and the exact exercises for how to get washboard abs.
First of all, burning fat is probably the hardest part of getting your six pack abs and really “buffing up”. But a lot of this goes further into your diet than you could believe. Running on the treadmill for 5 hours a day is not going to burn off anything if you eat snickers bars all day long.
You need to eat high protein, lean food like chicken (not fried). Go for baked, broiled, and grilled chicken. Subway is actually great. Turkey is also an awesome muscle building food. Eating right is the first step to getting great abs.
Next you want to target the muscle group so that you’re not wasting your time. You need to laser in on just your abdominal region, into those 6 muscles that make up your abs. Plain situps don’t do this, that’s why you never see much effect.
You need to do exercises that allow you to stretch and then contract. Exercise balls and hanging leg-lifts work well for this since they allow your muscles to fully extend in between reps. If you really want to know how to get a six pack, then you need to do tons of reps. Do them back to back until it burns. Rest, then do 1 last set.
I highly recommend chugging a low fat/low calorie protein supplement after your workout too. This will make sure your abs have plenty of protein, which is the basis of muscle building.
Using the above tips can guarantee you’ll start seeing some results in a couple of weeks. I’ll posting my exact process for how to get washboard abs soon, so stay tuned if you want to learn all about getting six pack abs in weeks…not months.

About the most asked question I get now is “where do I learn how to get washboard abs like you have”? People are always wanting to know how to get abs fast or how to get a six pack.
With today’s post I hope I can answer this question in as much detail as possible, and help those that are looking to get six pack abs.
The first thing that a lot of people don’t realize is there’s actually two phases to getting washboard abs. Not only do you have to tone the muscles in order for them to get that “rippled effect”, but you also have to loose any stomach fat. Many people actually have nice abs, they are just hidden by a slight layer of fat so you can’t even see them.
Basically learning how to get perfect abs is all about a combination of:
- Loosing stomach fat
- Toning abdominal muscles
Doing more sit-ups isn’t going to magically make your abs ripped. But little fat burning exercises along with some very targeted abdominal routines can get you a quick 6 pack.
To sum everything up, everyone is capable of learning how to get washboard abs. it just requires you to have a small amount of dedication (maybe like 15 minutes a day) and the proper information.
